Jaszportal - All in one portal system

The Jaszportal was originally designed for internal use within the company. However, the portal has become a great asset to all restaurants in the industry. Right now the system is finishing up the beta stage where it is used by 8 restaurants. I have written every line in this portal system. The portal is built on a PHP framework called, "laravel" and utilizes MYSQL for the database. The front end uses bootstrap, jQuery, Datatables.net, Google charts and several others. The portal system provides many great unique key features and benefits including;

1. Cloud computing - General managers and upper level managers can track a store's daily progress right from the comfort of their home on any device with a web browser.
2. Business Intelligence and alerts - The portal system has triggers built in to alert the proper personal of news and things not done.
3. Catering System - There is a fully developed catering module that is broken down into contacts, leads and finalized events. As events are added text message notifications are distributed to the proper store's manager.
4. New Hire and on boarding process - One of the biggest problems in the restaurant industry is turnover. The portal includes some top key processes that have shown great results in our sample tests. The stores were able to cut turnover in almost half at all test locations. The entire process is tracked and provides uploading new hire images along with their applications and ID.
5. Employees - The portal system has a dedicated profile for each employee where all of their information is listed. The profiles also track evaluations, transfers, payroll deductions, tests, write ups and much more. One more thing worth mentioning is that each restaurant location uses a 12 point policy for attendance which is also integrated into the employee's profile.
6. Scheduling - The schedule system if fully integrated with employee requests off and their availability. Each restaurant role and shift period is a different color to easily spot shortages. Also the scheduling is integrated with the store's sales and labor information so forecasts are provided as the schedule is being created.
7. Daily Operations - The daily operations is the core center for the daily restaurant tasks. Managers are able to enter their safe counts, countdown their registers and enter daily tracking items such as labor and drive times. Another awesome feature is the ability to upload store invoices to the portal system and then immediately viewable from anywhere else whether it be home or a main office.
8. Resource Management - Tracking resources in any company with more than one location can be a tricky task. The portal has 3 main part queues; Available parts, ordered parts and used parts. The system also provides the ability to track the usage of catering vehicles and their maintenance.
9. Reports - The initial reason for switching to a portal system was to have a main consolidated point to store all of the company's data. With the portal system there is no longer any excel sheets with formulas that seem to always get erased. Any report desired is ready at the fingertips with a simple click or touch. The portal also tracks store bonus values and through preset algorithms dictate the bonus payouts.
10. Support Ticket System - Jaszportal provides a ticketing and support system for each department within the company. All IT requests and problems are automatically routed to the correct personal. Issues are easily added and can be categorized by priority values. The ticket system is then fully integrated with the resource management section so that parts can easily be added to tickets and properly invoiced.
